Online Sessions

 

My purpose is to support my clients to move through their lives with greater clarity, kindness and ease. I assist them in developing the facility to skillfully respond to life’s challenges and gifts by taking simple, direct, mindful actions. Living in this way supports a life of peace and freedom.

In this new online age, we are afforded the ability to connect online via video on Skype or Zoom.  These sessions allow me to connect as effectively with clients as my in-person sessions while affording clients who do not wish to travel or who live in other parts of the world.  For those with limited Wifi capabilities, audio phone sessions are also a beneficial alternative.  

My individual and group sessions offer a depth of somatic expertise and psycho-emotional training which when combined with a powerful presence creates a safe container in which you have the opportunity to access the wisdom of your heart and land in your body as a deep resource. It is in this way that the body becomes a vehicle for healing, unwinding and deeper connection with self.

Modalities I use in sessions include:

  • Psycho-spiritual counseling, a unique counseling modality in which we honor and attend to the entire body-mind-spirit continuum.

  • Mindfulness training, which means being at choice rather than being wedded to ingrained habit patterns.

  • Embodiment, to feel at home in yourself, in your body and connected to the silence that lives inside us all.

  • Transformational hypnotherapy, to engage the subconscious mind and experience dramatic changes in your life

You will receive gentle assistance in unwinding through the body as you release physical, mental and emotional baggage. I will teach you how to train your mind and body so that you are living in a healthy and balanced ecosystem, one in which you will thrive on the level relationships, career and health. 

We meet in a clear, steady and safe space so that you can experience deep and sustainable transformation. I guide and support you so that you are able to access your full human potential and live a life where you reside equally in body, heart and mind giving rise to the alchemy of true happiness.

Who is the group for?

This group is for any woman who wants to be more fully in her body, and love herself as she is. We will spend time savoring our bodies and one another. What happens when we slow down and feel?

 

In my experience, when we are present and available, life reveals its gifts. We will practice letting go of control and getting out of the way.

Somatic Mentoring Program


Do you want to catalyze movement in your life so you can live the life you really want in 2019?

What does it entail and how does it work?

  • During 2 private somatic enrichment sessions each month (in this 6-month module), you will receive individualized reflections and coaching to help you get traction on your life path.

  • You will be guided into foundational somatic practices as well as receive customized practices to evolve your embodiment so that you can hone your ability to relate to yourself and others with clarity and grace.

  • An interdisciplinary approach brings awareness to the different parts of you that help or hinder you so you can optimize your whole self, supporting you to align your life with your heart and align with your life.

What you will learn?

Mindfulness Meditation
for Everyday Living

Why take this course?   

This online course is intended for you if you are looking to relax, be in your body and enjoy your life! 

 

When you are mindful of your breath and grounded in your body, it makes it much easier to navigate everyday tasks and the nuanced dance of relating to yourself and others. 

 

Mindfulness is the ability to notice what is in present time. When you notice signals of stress like scrunching up your shoulders or holding your breath, you can pause and make a new choice. You can choose to relax, breathe and drop your shoulders. You can begin freshly. 

Mindfulness offers you the option of breaking physical, mental and emotional holding patterns which enable you to make healthy choices.

In this course you will learn how to:

  • Be present rather than lost in future fantasies or past regrets

  • Course correct physically, feel better and save on health care bills

  • Find peace of mind

  • Experience more self-love

How is it structured?

The course is structured into 8 sections so that you can watch it in convenient increments of 15-minutes or less making it easy for you to integrate into your life. 

I suggest that you watch 1 section per week so that you have time to practice. The mind learns through repetition. Practice is essential. The great thing is that you can do these practices as you live your life. 

What are the requirements?

  • You do not need any materials to begin this course. 

  • What you do need to do is set aside quiet time. Turn off your cell phone and the ringer on your home phone.

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

  • Find a place to sit or lay down that is comfortable for you as this is a time for you to drop inside and focus on yourself.

  • Carve out a minimum of 15 minutes to enjoy each section of the course.

  • Know that you will feel happier and more peaceful by participating in the course.

What am I going to get from this course?

  • Integrate a body-based mindfulness practice into your life.

  • Feel connected to yourself as you relate to others.

  • Decrease stress levels and feel a deeper sense of calm and ease.
